Fuel examines your lifestyle, caloric intake, burn rates, and level of performance in order to increase your
kettlebell workout results in a healthy and effective way. Fuel only requires your heart, our kettlebells, and
discipline! Fuel will:

Caloric burns and workout intensity is managed by the Fuel GX Cardio Management System. The GX helps members perform
at the right intensity in order to get the most out of their training and fosters motivation, as progress can be more
accurately measured over time. Class participants just need to wear chest straps with transmitters which are available
for purchase. And after a quick sign in, live heart rate data appears on the screen. With such instant visual feedback,
class participants can find the right intensity for the group exercise class to achieve their individual training
objectives.
